Which plan should I start with?

What can I try for free?
The 7-day trial lets you choose one of Private Meet, Team Meet, Slot Book, or Hybrid. Pay plans and Developer API need a paid subscription.
Do customers need an app?
No. They open your booking link on a phone or computer.
When should I choose advance payments?
Consider an advance payment for peak hours, limited capacity, high-value services, or appointments with a significant no-show cost.
Does MySlotHub charge commission on customer payments?
No. MySlotHub charges 0% commission on customer advance payments. You pay only your selected monthly or yearly MySlotHub subscription. Customers pay via Razorpay Checkout with a Route transfer to your linked account, and Razorpay settles to your bank. Razorpay’s own processing and settlement charges may apply.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start simple on trial, then subscribe to the plan that matches how you actually run bookings.
What if I cancel an annual plan early?
Annual plans are non-refundable after purchase. Cancel anytime to stop renewal at the end of the paid annual period — unused months are not refunded. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
